As singer and spokesman, Travis McCoy is very protective of the Gym Class Heroes legacy. And he has nothing but amused bemusement at people who attempt to attach a label to his band: "They've called us emo hip-hop. They've called us alternative hip-hop, they've called us hip-hop and rock. Whatever makes it easier for them to categorize us so be it. I just laugh at a lot of `em. I always thought we were a country-western band." If someone put a gun to your head and forced you to attach a single label to Travis, would it be singer, rapper or comedian?

MTV superstar Vincent 'Don Vito' Margera is on trial for three counts of sexual assault, stemming from charges that he groped a 14-year-old and two 12-year-old girls on the breasts and buttocks while appearing at an event for his nephew, Bam Margera. Don Vito's attorney downplays the groping and that an intoxicated Margera urinated in his pants while at the event. Instead, the lawyer insists that Vito is innocent because, "Fans expected to see Don Vito, not Vincent Margera. You may find the behavior vulgar and disgusting, but it was done to amuse, to entertain, to get a laugh." If a greasy, obese old guy who had urinated in his pants groped your breasts and buttocks, would it be okay if he was just doing it for a laugh?

Although singer/lyricist Morrissey reportedly turned down an $80 million offer to reunite with the rest of the Smiths, his former guitar collaborator Johnny Marr recently teased the BBC with the old "stranger things have happened, so, you know, who knows?" Marr further placed a time qualification on any possible reunion, saying, "Maybe we will in 10 or 15 years time when we all need to for whatever reasons." What could those reasons be?

Former kid star Marie Osmond received an indication that middle-age is all behind her on Dancing With the Stars. After completing a particularly rigorous samba, Marie collapsed to the floor and had to be saved by a commercial break. A life-time of showbiz ups and downs has finally taken its toll. Gazing into the crystal ball, Patrick contemplates his group's next album and predicts: "Lots of really bizarre ideas on there, everything from folk to ... piano phases, like Steve Reich, the composer.
