Despite TMZ reporting that charges will not be filed against actress Lindsay Lohan model Lauren Hastings is adamant that Lohan stole $10,000 worth of clothing from her home. Based on Lauren's story, has enough evidence been presented to justify police investigation of Lindsay?

	sceneb0y: 05/18/2007 11:04 AM Lindsay is a person just like everyone else therefore should be questioned and punished like everyone else.I like her some times but not when she acts like a dumbass. I hate the fact that a lot of celebrities crimes are ignored due to the fact that they are famous.

I mean, if Lindsay really stole clothes from Miss Lauren's place (and I wouldn't put it past her cuz she's done some really crappy things already -- excluding Mean Girls) then she should be punished. I mean, clothes like that cost a lot! I'd love to see these two locked in a chain-link octagon though. and a mud pit. ;)

Like how I read this morning how Paris Hilton is getting out of Jail early, Its sad how celebrities get so- call special treatment because they are rich and famous. Because they are famous they get away with so much and its just not fair!!!. . God forbid if any of these drug filled, drunk famous people Kill anyone by driviing under the influences they probably will get away with it because they are famous and have the money they won't go to jail and they will just get away with it for killing an inocence life because of their carelessness. I'm just waiting for the day when one of these "Famous" people kill someone and sadly will get away like nothing happen. So I think overall celebrities should be treated like everyone who has commited a crime, cause its all "Special treatment" and I guess the law will not see how "special" they are getting treated until they kill someone! And its sad how Some has to die before anyone of those "Hollywood People" open their eyes to see what is really happening and they also need to get off their spoiled rich asses to do something!!!!!!!!
