Fall Out Boy Invisible Children to pay the price

No good deed goes unpunished, as evidenced by Fall Out Boy's Invisible Children van receiving a parking ticket while the band was performing inside the San Jose, California, Events Center. SFist points out that the van was indeed parked at a red curb. Should Invisible Children be excused from paying the ticket?
